We provide quality “Reprocessed NR” for replacing Natural Rubber (5% - 70%) according to product specification. Major industries using our Reprocessed Rubber includes Footwear, Conveyor Belt, Rubber mats & Rubber moulded goods  (Oil seals,O-rings, Gaskets etc..), Rubber compound manufacturing industries etc...

The highest component of cost in a rubber compound is the rubber itself. Reprocessed rubber that is typically used in conjunction with prime product makes up 70% loading or replacement level which results in a more cost-effective end product with little to no effect on performance.

Re-processed NR/NBR

Our alternative raw material are neither reclaimed nor recycled, they are reprocessed, which means it have the purest state of the properties without adding any addictive or agents. It is reprocessed from the off-standard/off-grade rubber and turns it back to usable alternative raw material.We should further mention that our reprocessed rubbers are completely compliant with REACH.

Our Reprocessed NR now became one of the most sought raw materials for rubber compounding as it can replace the Natural Rubber from 30%  to 70% for most of the moulded rubber products and upto 50% for autoclave vulcanized/extruded products. As this replaces Virgin Natural Rubber, compound cost will be reduced significantly. The high rubber content in our reprocessed NR (approx 90%) helps to achieve this much percentage of replacement of raw natural rubber.

Our manufacturing unit (JV unit) in Malaysia producing Reprocessed NR is hav-ing an advanced infrastructural base that is equipped with all the essential amenities. One more new state of the art manufacturing unit is gaining shape in Malaysia itself and will start full-fledged production soon.
