Mypol is a 4 decade experienced company in the manufacture of Technical rubber products and Automotive Butyl Inner Tubes. We have developed strong relationships with companies like Ceat, Goodyear, JK Tyres, Trelleborg, Tokai Rubber Auto Parts (Sumitomo), Aumund, Germany. We are OE supplier for automotive tubes & tyre curing bladders to Ceat, JK Tyres, ATG, BKT, Goodyear.

 

We are working towards a one-stop-shop for rubber products. Our product range includes the following :

1. We started the concept called One Stop Shop for all Tyre industries requirement of the following products (Refer attached catalogue) :

a.       Tyre curing Bladders

b.       Rubber bands

c.       Carcass sleeves

d.       Bead-cup bladders

e.       We are marketing PIPCO, USA Turn Up Bladders in India.

 

2. Butyl Tubes right from 2 & 3 wheelers to truck & tractors (Refer attached details of automotive tube range with standard packing)
3. Envelops & Curing Bags used for tyre re treading (Tyre remoulding)
4. Electrical Insulating mats
5. Automotive Rubber Parts & customized technical rubber products
6. Rubberized Jaws & End Blocks used in tube manufacturing

Our automotive products are supplied (through TRIN) to Honda-USA & India, Toyota, Suzuki and Nissan-Renault. We have a factory with state-of-the-art injection molding and compression molding machines for manufacture of these parts. We are a single source for 4 suspension parts for the new Civic automobile manufactured in the US.

 

Mypol is integrated with its own Compound Mixing, Molding, Testing & Manufacturing facilities and accredited with IATF16949:2016, ISO14001:2015, ISO9001:2015 by TUV Nord and AS 9100:2016 by Novo Star Management Systems Solutions India Pvt Ltd.

Additionally we are also regularly audited by Toyota-Japan, Sumitomo- Japan, Trelleborg-UK, Toyota-India, Suzuki-India, Nissan Renault-India, Raychem RPG-India. 

 

Mypol works closely with the Defense, Nuclear & Space application & research facilities in India. Mypol’s Polymer technology know-how has helped us cater to the growing Indian defense and space industry. Mypol engineered products with emphasis on careful design and development has seen its products being used in critical applications in satellites, missiles & defense testing equipment. Most of these products have been developed from scratch, working in close association with Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre & DRDO.
